ABOUT US: DECODE MFG is inventing what it means to be an innovative Zero Waste Apparel Design & Manufacturing Hub. While this is our specialty, we are more than happy to partner with brands simply looking to manufacture their existing product and build long-term relationships, as we continue to grow and scale our operations. We have a heavy focus on quality first. Everything is made in our shop at the Brooklyn Navy Yard in Brooklyn, NY. ZERO WASTE: We define Zero Waste Apparel Design as a means of achieving 100% pattern efficiency through complex pattern engineering. This reduces all waste while also reducing the amount of material needed to produce a garment. As a result, we can produce more products from the same amount of fabric, compounding saved materials with additional retail revenue. FOUNDER: Danielle Elsener has been Designing Zero Waste Apparel for 10+ years, with corporate design experience for major brands including Reebok, Ralph Lauren, & Nike. After discovering the inflexibility of physical manufacturing and supply chain, she decided to do something about it. Pairing her manufacturing and design knowledge, DECODE MFG was born.
