Cytec's products serve a diverse range of end markets including aerospace and industrial materials, mining and plastics. To deliver this vision, we continually look for ways to improve upon our existing business operations. Consistent with this goal, in July of 2012, Cytec acquired Umeco, an international provider of advanced composite and process materials. The subsequent integration of Umeco strengthened our core aerospace business and positioned our company to capitalize on the growth available in the high performance industrial market for advanced composites. Later that year, in December of 2012, we changed the names of the business units to more effectively communicate to customers our brand identity of delivering specialty material and chemical technologies. Our company is now comprised of four business segments: Aerospace Materials, Industrial Materials, In Process Separation and Additive Technologies.
