Custom Pac just entered into its 21st year. While starting out primarily as a basic shipping center aimed at walk-in traffic and small business, the demands of our customers began to grow. Knowing the quality and customer service of Custom Pac more and more people started asking for specialized packaging needs, including one-of-a-kind artwork, family heirlooms and other items fragile or of great value. With that came word of mouth advertising and before we knew it, Mercedes-Benz, Boeing, Sonics, and Alabama Power wanted specialty crating. There is a demand for promptness, expertise, quality and the guarantee that the job will be done right. Our customers knew we could deliver and so we grew and grew. Yes, we still have our customers that never left us, we still send their presents and household items, but now our customer base has grown to global proportions. Crating, packaging and shipping around the world. Our experience over the past fifteen years has enabled us to design and fabricate crates with quality, precision and cost efficiency.
