Through a thermal bonding process, we produce low melt fiber rolls up to 80-inch wide and 4-oz in weight. With the newly installed 100-inch-wide random card machine, we are ready to produce thin fibers such as 3/4 oz without any lap mark on fiber surface. The current production line has capability of producing over 30,000 LB low melt fibers per day in various sizes to meet our customers demand.
