Custom Creations By Marlowe pricing is wholesale, as our primary clients are design professionals. All our furniture is custom made to order and the pricing will naturally vary from project to project depending on the needed materials and labor costs required to properly fabricate any given design. Custom Creations By Marlowe will always work with design professionals to help "value engineer" furniture to meet their clients’ budget concerns and can suggest other options in design, detail and materials. We look forward to working with you! We are a family owned and operated business. Will Swaim, Mitzi's brother, is considered an expert furniture repairman and his services are also available.
