Contender US woven sailcloth is the product of a careful combination of fiber selection, weave construction, and finishing. We select high tenacity fibers for their strength and UV resistance and weave them on looms specially configured for the dense weaves that define quality sailcloth. Finished with our proprietary Polypreg resin finish, these fabrics will ensure the performance and durability of your sail. We produce our woven fabrics in several different constructions to meet the requirements for any shape sail.Our woven fabrics combine the finest yarns woven on modern looms with our proprietary finishing technology for your cruising and racing sails. We offer the most comprehensive range of both performance and cruising spinnaker fabrics in the world. Our Superkote spinnaker fabrics set the standard for performance racing kites from dinghies to the Americas Cup. Laminates are available for both the cruising sailor as well as the racing sailor looking for pure performance.
