Custom bridal wear was something that Connie had dabbled with on and off after she graduated from Otis College of Art and Design. Connie's childhood friend planted the first seed for this eventual business venture. When this friend got engaged, she very excitedly asked Connie if she could design her wedding dress. Working with her friend showed Connie how much she enjoyed working one on one with brides and others that wanted a special dress, custom fit to their body and tastes. This very first wedding started a realization of a dream that Connie never knew she could pursue. When it came time to venture off on her own, the custom bridal and evening wear business was the obvious choice. This brought her mother, one of her strongest supporters, into the role of mentor and partner for Connie's business. Having had her own business and even at one time a bridal wear business with her sister, Connie's mother is in integral part of this journey and an incredible mentor for her. With the support of both her parents, Connie can go on to realize her dream of making custom gowns.
