California Woodworking Inc

We are a family owned and operated cabinet, countertop and custom fixture manufacturer located in Oxnard, California. California Woodworking, Inc. was built from the ground up with the vision of providing a high quality product in a short amount of time at a competitive price. After the mid-1980 housing market boom, Ed and Sue Vickery, founders of the company, had a new business venture. Having an extensive background in woodworking during his earlier shipwright years, Ed decided to return to the woodworking industry in 1989. As all entrepreneurs do, he had a great business motive. I recall my father saying, "If we could only sell thousands of boxes [cabinets] at one dollar a piece, we'd make a great living." In today's challenging market we have realized that it is imperative that we invest in the most efficient techniques and equipment that is available to the woodworking industry. We have implemented lean techniques and we have acquired the most efficient equipment in the industry so that we can build your ideas. We value your business and strive to make our business a value to you.
