Difficult Communication
I tried to work with Albert here to get a quote. I was very specific about what equipment the product required, but that didn't seem to matter. He provided a subpar sample made with a single needle, though I was VERY clear it needed a double needle. When I then asked for a quote again for double needle he said that they weren't going to change the machine. Well that would've been very important to know before engaging at all. He wasted both of our time because he didn't listen or read what was provided multiple times. I was so disappointed. Though he was responsive and reachable, it was just very difficult to communicate with him even by phone. I provided very clear and concise instructions for the RFQ, but they were ignored. He also lost a part of my provided sample. I was hopeful for these guys, but the experience was just incredibly frustrating. Would not ever attempt to do business with them in the future.
