Not very responsive
Our initial face-to-face meeting went great and I was very encouraged. After that, mails went unacknowledged, I was promised an estimate three times and in the end I was given a really unrealistic price for production, which was $7 less than my retail price, leaving no profit whatsoever. I was very disappointed in the response time of this organization as well as the pricing. I have received pricing less than half of what this organization gave me from an American manufacturer. Perhaps they are not interested in start ups?
