All foam product and custom packaging manufacturing takes place in-house, and as a result, we are able to maintain complete control over the entire fabrication process, ensuring the highest quality, at the lowest cost possible to our customers. We are happy to put our designers to work on your project to create a unique and effective solution for your packaging or foam case insert requirements. We can create a 3D drawing of what your case and foam insert will look like, often, from a simple sketch or outline supplied by our customer. Our engineering services are always complimentary. Once a final design is submitted and approved a prototype is generally made so the customer can make a final review prior to production. This also allows for any last minute adjustments.
