Atelier Nicolas Caito opened in 2005. Our goal is to offer the ultimate pattern making technique, which Nicolas had been trained for and practiced in French Couture Houses, to NYC designers, whether already established or up-and-coming. The unique French know-how in draping and "sculpting" fabrics swiftly attracted designers like Proenza Schouler, Zac Posen, Thakoon, Peter Som, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren,... who entrusted us and still do with their most intricate designs.
