Founded in 1997 in Roanoke, Virginia, our initial focus was manufacturing precision lathe cut products. Archer quickly outgrew its facility and relocated to a larger site in Kernersville, North Carolina. During this time, we developed a joint venture with a molding facility in China to add another dimension to our product line. Our continued growth prompted us to move again and in 2005, we moved to our current location in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Since then we have further expanded our capabilities to manufacturing die cut and extruded products. Archer has the ability to manufacture and supply its customers with a full range of products, allowing for vendor consolidation opportunities. The technical capabilities of our engineers and chemists can help you design a new part or find a solution to your changing needs. As an effective solution to our customerÕs ongoing concern of increasing inventory costs, Archer has developed a unique and innovative inventory management in coordination with Kan Ban and Just in Time Shipping to help our customers eliminate waste, avoid the need for large inventories, and to facilitate lean manufacturing.
