A true collaborator
Kim is a true collaborator. She's really good at providing feedback from ways to cut production and supply costs, to helping us understand garment fit and types fabrics that would best meet our creative needs. She's super easy to work with and is good at simplifying technical conversations without dumbing them down or over explaining them. She miraculously achieved this while working with a high-level pie in the sky thinker (me) and a super detail in the weeds thinker (my husband). She's also a very honest and empathetic communicator that values face-to-face communication and is great at adding value in the creative process.
