After a successful 20 year run with my Staffing firm, I retired. That lasted five years. Then I started ANJ Logos LLC. in 2009. I became a huge fan of the advertising promotion industry with my other company. We sold a commodity product (temporary employees) and it was difficult to differentiate what made us the better than the other temp firms. Ad promos really helped. But we were always cautious to use quality, not trinkets. We spent thousands of dollars but frankly the ad promo supply industry seemed to design their services around what they needed and what was convenient for them. That attitude would have put me out of the temporary employment industry. But instead, by giving the customer what he/she wanted and needed, we grew into the largest staffing firm in Indiana working 2,500 people a week from 15 offices. So all we are doing now is applying the lessons we learned from our staffing firm to our new company ANJ Logos LLC.. Hopefully, you will agree we are different in a good way.
