Allied Materials & Equipment

Allied has obtained the unique expertise, manufacturing, and test equipment needed to enable us to provide our customers with cost effective solutions for their manufacturing requirements. All products and components for our products are manufactured in the United States of America. Allied is a leading manufacturer of national flags for customers such as the Department of Defense, GSA, US House of Representatives, US Senate and the Veteran's Administration. We are a competitive manufacturer of flags for several reasons. There are a limited number of star field embroiderers equipped to produce the Schiffli-embroidered star field required for production of the American Flag, Allied took the extraordinary step of acquiring its own embroidery equipment which is located in our own 30,000 square foot facility in Bogalusa, Louisiana. The star fields constitute the single most expensive component of an embroidered flag. The unique equipment required to embroider the star fields on a cost effective basis is extremely capital intensive. None of the other flag manufacturers who produce flags for the US government own their own embroidery equipment. They subcontract out the embroidery operations incurring greater costs and less control of timely deliveries of product. Allied Materials is proud to offer a line of Law Enforcement and first responded focused picture frames and flag boxes. Each frame is made in our Kansas City, Missouri location from start to finish. These frames are distributed to all branches of the military. Allied Materials is honored that veterans and active military families choose our frames to proudly display their loved one's photos. Each frame features branch specific colored matting with a corresponding officially licensed medal affixed to each frame. Each frame is made with a rich Mahogany stained wood trim with an easel backing that allows desktop or shelf display. Provisions are provided on all frames to allow wall hanging.
