All Along Press

A cooperative printmaking studio, offering equipment for letterpress printing, traditional relief, intaglio, and screen printing to the Saint Louis arts community. While offering printmaking equipment to the public, we quickly found ourselves taking on cooperative projects with other creative people. Since this beginning we have evolved into a shop that specializes in cooperative projects, making limited edition, high quality printed goods. All Along Press works with traditional print processes that differ quite a bit from those used by your run-of-the-mill print shop. The prints we make are often made by hand, and when they aren’t, they are made on printing presses that are most likely older than you and us combined. The processes we use (such as letterpress and screen printing) create unique products that are tactile and visually engaging. That said, we believe that the process is a very small part of what makes the final product. All Along Press works cooperatively with artists, designers, writers, and organizations to ensure that the process and the execution reinforce the concepts behind each project, whether it is a poster, book, business card, or logo.
