I would rate this company a ZERO if I could. After Sid reached out to me for my business needs I sent him my fabric 2 weeks ago. He agreed via email and phone to laminate my samples. I have not heard from him in two weeks after repeated calls and email follow ups. He just informed me yesterday that he couldn't perform the service and hung up on me, I reported him to Maker's Row and will report him to other business ethics boards. Not only does he still have my $100 fabric samples but he's also put me behind schedule. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. That's my best advice- it will be a headache.
