Our state-of-the-art facility has 17 packaging lines across three dedicated Value Streams that support both high speed aerosol and liquid filling, as well as three stage filling capabilities. Each Value Stream within Aerofil has its own 100% dedicated management team, packaging lines, propellant tanks and formulation capabilities. Our 24/7 support services include regulatory compliance, analytical laboratory testing, packaging quality assurance and warehousing/distribution teams. In addition, our 24/7 shipping and receiving operation is seamlessly operated with 14 dock doors. More than 400 highly trained employees support all of the packaging and assembly requirements at our facility. They are extremely focused on continually improving and producing our customer's daily packaging requirements as defined by their Standard Work processes.
