Not reliable..Will not work or recommend them to anyone!
We initially shortlisted this company as one of our three chosen manufacturers based on two initial and cordial conversations. However, the third time was no charm and the owner's true face came out. We decided to do one more inquiry to determine their quality before we send our specs out to them. The owner was pretty rude from that point on wards. He mentioned that he has enough projects to keep himself busy and do not need any additional work. He sarcastically asked whether we are producing Louis Vuitton or not . He mentioned that he does not have any time for any such an inquiry. He indicated that if we cannot trust his quality (based on his words), he is not the right manufacturer for us. Please be careful when dealing with this manufacturer. We feel pretty lucky that we experienced this side of his in the very beginning before we decided to proceed with him. If he had behaved this irrationally in the mid of product development, our products would have been in jeopardy. Our team is pretty professional and we try our best not to waste any time of the manufacturers because we understand that they are busy. We have been pretty organized in our approach. I understand that manufacturers get inquiries a lot. However, its not right to assume people's intentions and be rude to anyone. I did not want to put any review out but decided to warn others.
